LMB-1010
The LMB-1010 scale tape is supplied with a double-sided adhesive film for direct application on the machine bed, and can be supplied with an accuracy of ± 20 µm/m, or ± 50 μm/m. Machine absolute co-ordinate position can be determined using the integrated scale Reference Index marks, which can be a Reference Index at one position or with distance coded marks.
LMB-4010
The LMB-4010 Spar Scale system is designed for extreme environmental conditions. The slim stainless steel spars are attached to the machine bed with screws, and the graduation pattern scale tape is mounted and held in position with a “snap-cover” strip.
Accuracy classes of ± 20 µm/m or ± 50 μm/m are available. Machine absolute co-ordinate position can be determined using the integrated scale Reference Index marks, which can be a Reference Index at one position or with distance coded marks.
